Precautions and conventions when staying with pets
Here are some points to keep in mind when staying at our facility with your pet, as well as rules to be observed. In addition, we will accept accommodation with pets only if you agree to the following conditions. <Types, sizes, and other conditions of pets we accept>
● Only dogs and cats that are kept indoors on a daily basis are accepted. No other pets are accepted.
● We will charge 1000 yen (excluding tax) for each pet.
● We do not accept pets that are in heat, menstruating or pregnant.
● There is no size limit for pets, but only one large dog is allowed.
● The maximum number of overnight stays for multiple dogs is 2.
● Pets that have been trained in basic discipline (toilet, excessive barking, nail sharpening, jumping) are limited.
● Only pets that have been vaccinated within the past year. (There is no particular need to submit a certificate, but you may be asked to present it in some cases.)
● Only pets that have been free of fleas, ticks and other parasites.
● Please shampoo, groom, and excrete before your stay.
● Please bring your pet's items (toilet, cage, pet food, etc.).
<Points to note when accompanying someone in the facility>
● It is strictly prohibited to accompany children to the bathroom.
● Do not put pets, food, cages, or trays in the closet even if you are with them in the building.
● Please note that we do not rent out bedding for guests with pets.
● In the unlikely event that there is a rough appearance, dirt, damage, etc., we will charge the actual cost of damage.
● Brushing in the facility is prohibited.
● It is forbidden to leave pets alone in the facility.
● Please handle excrement disposal as soon as possible.
<Other precautions>
● It is strictly prohibited to leave feces when walking. Please be sure to take it home with you.
● This facility does not accept dogs or cats.
● Please understand that we are not responsible for any accidents, deaths, injuries, etc. caused by pets running away from the facility during your stay.
● The facility does not take any responsibility if pets harm others or their companions.
● Please note that all responsibilities are the responsibility of the accompanying person.
● If the facility judges that the manners and the above rules cannot be observed, or if the pets bark unnecessarily or behave poorly, the guest may be forced to check out. In that case, we will not make arrangements for pet hotels and lodgings, or arrangements for transportation.
● Please note that this facility will not be held responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or troubles (other pet-related issues) of pets. Please confirm the pet acceptance regulations as described above, and only if you understand and agree, we will accept accommodation with pets. Pets may behave unexpectedly due to changes in the environment at home. Please cooperate with the above contents under the responsibility of the companion
